  • Acceptance Criteria Definition: Define acceptance criteria that specifies the conditions that must be met for a work item to be considered complete. This provides clear guidelines for the IS application team to ensure the feature meets the desired outcome.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the IS application team and the stakeholders, to represent the needs and interests of both parties. This includes gathering feedback, communicating updates, and managing expectations to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Product Demos and Feedback: Participate in short iterative reviews and demos every 1-2 weeks, where the team showcases the completed work, gather feedback from stakeholders, validate that the delivered features meet expectations, and incorporate lessons learned into future iterations.
